Due to the fact that our items are virtually purchased on the Internet, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes.
We at Esse hair aim to please our customers and ensure they are totally satisfied with their order and experience. We maintain a very high level of quality control to ensure that our customers receive nothing short of the finest quality of human hair extensions and lace systems.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions:
•If, for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit, if the product is returned unused and unaltered ,within 14 days after the recorded receipt of the item.
• We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any altered products; where the band holding the hair has been untied or cut off due to sanitary requirements or in case of curly weaves brushed out in any way.
•All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the product and inspect it before an exchange can be made.
•Lace closures , lace frontals or wigs made from either , will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been bleached,tinted , worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products.
In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
•Due to the delicate nature of lace frontals which have been customized , please note we will not exchange or accept returns or give refunds on any used lace frontals which have been bleached or plucked in line with customizing process.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the UK is £10
Shipping to countries in Europe is £45
Shipping to America and Canada is £55
Shipping to Africa is £85
Shipping to Nigeria through cargo is £40 (PS. Shipping via cargo will take 3 weeks)
When will my order be shipped?
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing an order can take between 3-10 business days depending on the volume of orders received. Our standard shipping time for orders is 7 business days.
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your order is processed for shipping.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are delivered on business days which is Monday through Friday. Orders may rarely be delivered on weekends. Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.
We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package – what do I do?
We recommend checking with your neighbours to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby. You can also contact the carrier (DHL) directly to verify that they no longer have the package. If your shipment can’t be located, please contact us for assistance.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes? We only ship to P.O. boxes when using standard shipping. If you are using express or signature required shipping, you must enter a valid residence, company, or hotel address for a successful delivery.

We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We, unfortunately, do not take responsibility if DHL delays, damages, or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control.
