To secure your appointment with Essehair, You need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £30, which will be deducted from the total installation cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

For clients with low hairlines, I will only use 13x6 frontals along the hairline for the best results.

Braiding requirements: Please make sure your hair is braided flat before coming, as we do not offer cornrowing services.

If you miss your appointment, the full installation cost will be charged to your account.

To reschedule, just send us an email, and someone from the team will get back to you.

When sending hair, please do so at least 5 days prior to your appointment to avoid any issues. The postal address will be provided once your appointment is confirmed. Include a note with your full name, appointment type, date, and time inside the package. It’s best to send your package using first-class signed-for mail to ensure it arrives safely.

No-show policy: If you don't attend your appointment, the full installation cost will be deducted from your account.
